  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    Mix cake mix according to package directions.

    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    In separate bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Place mixture on top of cake mixture and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
