- 5 c. sliced rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 oz. pkg. Jell-O
- 3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- yellow cake mix
Directions

1Layer rhubarb, sugar, Jell-O, marshmallows in pan; mix cake mix as directed and pour over rhubarb mixture.

2Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

3Let stand a few minutes.

4Turn out of pan leaving upside down.

5Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
