Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Mix wet ingredients.

    Combine all and let stand 10 minutes.

    Pour on a preheated griddle and cook as for most pancakes.

    You can add your favorite fruit to the uncooked side of the pancake ,such as blueberries then flip !
