- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. Ramen style noodles
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 1 head lettuce
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 c. shrimp, crab, lobster, chicken or seafood stix, cut up
Directions

1Melt butter in small skillet.

2Saute noodles, seed and almonds until golden brown.

3Remove from heat.

4Place torn lettuce, onions and meat choice in large salad bowl.

5Add noodle mixture.

6Toss with dressing.
