  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. Ramen style noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. shrimp, crab, lobster, chicken or seafood stix, cut up

    Melt butter in small skillet.

    Saute noodles, seed and almonds until golden brown.

    Remove from heat.

    Place torn lettuce, onions and meat choice in large salad bowl.

    Add noodle mixture.

    Toss with dressing.
