  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup milk
  • 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
  • 2 ounces ranch salad dressing mix (2 envelopes)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic herb seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup cubed colby cheese
  • 1 cup cubed monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream (8oz)
  • 12 cup crushed saltine (15 crackers)
  • grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, combine the next eight ingredients.

    Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture begins to thicken.

    Reduce heat; stir in the sour cream.

    Drain macaroni; add the macaroni and cracker crumbs to cheese sauce.
