- 1 fryer
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can peach halves
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper and paprika together in a paper sack; set aside.

2Cut up fryer and dip in 1/2 cup diluted canned milk (1/2 water and 1/2 milk).

3Place in sack with Bisquick mixture; shake until coated.

4Melt shortening in a rectangular pan in oven.

5Add chicken, skin side down.

6Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 425°.
