  • 1 cup dried black beans, soaked overnight
  • 1 cup dried garbanzo beans, soaked overnight
  • 1 cup dried kidney beans, soaked overnight
  • 1 cup dried red beans, soaked overnight
  • 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup sweet bell pepper, diced
  • 2 ounces dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 ounces taco seasoning mix
  • 2 lbs ground sirloin, browned
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

    cook beans covered in water until tender.

    drain beans and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    cook soup over medium-low heat until peppers and onions are soft.
