Ingredients
- 1 qt. fresh raspberries or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 qt. carbonated water
Directions

1Wash and drain fresh raspberries; put them in a saucepan with the 1 cup water.

2Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

3(If using frozen berries, no cooking is necessary, just thaw before using.)

4Puree berries in electric blender and press through sieve to remove seeds.

5Dissolve honey in warm water; add lemon juice, carbonated water and ice to chill.

6Serve in individual glasses with ice and generous slice of lemon.

7Yield: Serves 12.
