Raspberry Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 13 cup water
  • 1 cup unsweetened raspberry (fresh or frozen)
  • 12 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

    In a large bowl combine flour,sugar,baking soda and salt.

    In another bowl,combine eggs,bananas,oil and water.

    Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

    Fold in raspberries and walnuts.

    Pour into two greased 8x4x2 inch loaf pans.

    Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool for 10 min.

    before removing from pans.

    NOTE if using frozen raspberries do not thaw before adding to the batter.
