Raspberry Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 13 cup water
- 1 cup unsweetened raspberry (fresh or frozen)
- 12 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

1In a large bowl combine flour,sugar,baking soda and salt.

2In another bowl,combine eggs,bananas,oil and water.

3Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

4Fold in raspberries and walnuts.

5Pour into two greased 8x4x2 inch loaf pans.

6Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

7Cool for 10 min.

8before removing from pans.

9NOTE if using frozen raspberries do not thaw before adding to the batter.
