Raspberry banana loaf

  • 1 cup smashed banana
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 grams butter
  • 1/4 cup low fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 250 grams fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup caramel chunks

    Beat up the sugar n butter until creamy ... add 1 egg at a time...beat further until smooth.

    Mix together all the dry ingredients n set aside.Add mashed banana n yogurt n vanilla to the egg mixture n beat til blended...take the beater off...fold in the dry ingredients gently with a spatula or scrapper ( not all at a time)...if the raspberries r big, cut into half n toss them with 1 tbsp of flour....lastly very gently fold in the chocolate or caramel n raspberries.

    Dnt over mix.

    ..Transfer to a greased baking pan...Top it with some chunks n raspberries.

    ..bake in a preheated oven for about 50 to 55 mins at 190 c.
