Ingredients

  • 3 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. quick oats
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Boil raspberries, 1/4 cup margarine, white sugar and cornstarch until thick.

    Cool; add vanilla.

    Mix together all the rest of the ingredients.

    Mix until crumbly.

    Pack 3/4 mix in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour filling on top and top with remaining crumbs.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
