- 2 c. raspberries
- 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Cook raspberries, water, sugar and cornstarch until thick. Cool.

2Combine margarine, oatmeal, flour, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and soda.

3Reserve 2 cups of flour-oatmeal mixture.

4Pat down remainder in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Spread cooled fruit on top. Cover with reserved 2 cups of mixture.

6Pat down.

7Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.

8Cool before cutting.
