- 1 c. margarine, at room temperature
- 1/2 c. sugar
- yolks of 2 large eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. raspberry jam (red)
- 2 Tbsp. 10x sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Beat margarine and sugar.

2Add egg yolks and beat.

3Stir in flour 1/2 cup at a time to form a soft dough.

4Press 1 1/4 cups of dough into bottom of a 9-inch square pan.

5Spread jam on it.

6Pat remaining dough on top.

7Sprinkle evenly with confectioners sugar and nuts.

8Bake for 35 minutes at 375°.

9Remove and cool.
-
10Makes 36 bars.
