  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake in well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan, at 350° for one hour.

    Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.

    Thoroughly cool cake before frosting.
