- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. milk and 1 egg, beaten together
- raspberry jam
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- butter (size of walnut)
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix flour, margarine, salt, baking powder and milk and egg together.

2Pack in a 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.

3Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam over this.

4Mix together the brown sugar, egg, vanilla, butter and coconut; spread over pan mixture.

5Bake for 25 minutes at 325°.

6Cool; cut into bars.
