- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats (uncooked)
- 1 (10 oz.) jar red raspberry jam
Directions

1Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add combined dry ingredients; mix well.

3Press half of the crumb mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

4Spread on jam; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

5Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
