- 2 c. milk (one 13 oz. can evaporated milk and water to finish 2 c.)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Melt margarine in cake pan at 400°.

2Beat eggs; add sugar and flour and mix.

3Add vanilla and milk and mix.

4Add butter from pan and mix.

5Pour in pan where margarine was melted.

6Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Finish baking at 350° until knife inserted comes out clean and pie is golden brown.
