  • 2 c. milk (one 13 oz. can evaporated milk and water to finish 2 c.)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted

Directions

    Melt margarine in cake pan at 400°.

    Beat eggs; add sugar and flour and mix.

    Add vanilla and milk and mix.

    Add butter from pan and mix.

    Pour in pan where margarine was melted.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Finish baking at 350° until knife inserted comes out clean and pie is golden brown.
