Raspberry butter sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tbsp sweetener, I used stevia
  • 1/4 tsp Hersheys dark cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chardonnay or juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp roasted garlic infused red wine vinegar

    Add water and raspberries to a pot.

    Cook till tender.

    Mash the berries
  4. 4
    Strain the berries squeezing the juices ou through a sieve.

    In a pot add quarter cup of water.

    Add juices back to pot.

    Then add butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener

    When the butter is melted bring to a boil add chardonnay or juice.

    Simmer let reduce.

    When it thickens add vinegar, then its ready.

    Let cool I put into a heat resistant measuring cup the butter will separate.

    Pour the clear butter off.

    Serve with veggies, lamb steaks, pork, chicken and so on.
