Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tbsp sweetener, I used stevia
- 1/4 tsp Hersheys dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chardonnay or juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp roasted garlic infused red wine vinegar
Directions

1Add water and raspberries to a pot.

2Cook till tender.

3Mash the berries

4Strain the berries squeezing the juices ou through a sieve.

5In a pot add quarter cup of water.

6Add juices back to pot.

7Then add butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener

8When the butter is melted bring to a boil add chardonnay or juice.

9Simmer let reduce.

10When it thickens add vinegar, then its ready.

11Let cool I put into a heat resistant measuring cup the butter will separate.

12Pour the clear butter off.

13Serve with veggies, lamb steaks, pork, chicken and so on.
