- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
Directions

1Preheat oven at 375°.

2In medium bowl combine crumbs and butter.

3Press on bottom of well-greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes.

4Cool.

5In small mixing bowl beat egg yolks; blend in cream cheese, sugar and salt.

6Beat until smooth and light.

7In separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff.

8In separate bowl whip cream until stiff.

9Fold egg whites and whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

10Swirl half of raspberries into mixture.

11Pour into crust.

12Spoon remaining raspberries onto corners of pan; swirl.

13Cover; freeze at last 1 hour.

14Keep frozen.
