- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- raspberry jam
- green sugar sprinkles
Directions

1Beat cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.

2Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Blend well.

3Chill at least 1 hour.

4When chilled, shape into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet.

5Press down centers with thumb and sprinkle with green sugar.

6Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.

7If still too high, press middle down with spoon halfway through baking.

8Cool and fill with jam just before serving. Makes 4 dozen.
