  • 1 c. sour cream (may be low-fat)
  • 1/4 c. shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. raspberry preserves (may use sugar-free)
  • small amount milk, if needed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Put in bowl and place on a large platter.

    Surround with fresh fruits for dipping (strawberries, pineapple, cherries, bananas, apples, peaches, pears, etc.).
