Raspberry Gelato

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Frozen Raspberries
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Milk (2%)
  • 3/4 cups Heavy Cream

Directions

    In a blender, add the frozen raspberries, sugar and milk. Blend until well combined. Add in the whipping cream and blend until just combined.

    Pour mixture into an ice cream machine and churn according to your machine's instructions. (Mine took about 20 minutes).

    Put in an airtight container in the freezer (after having a good sample first of course!).

    Makes about 1 quart.
