- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions

1In a pan, bring the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice to a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes, mashing the raspberries with a potato masher.

2Immediately pour into a sterilized mason jar and seal. Allow to cool completely before serving.
