  • 3 lbs green tomatoes
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin

Directions

    Core tomatoes and cut into chunks; process in blender.

    Boil tomatoes with sugar for 15 minutes, stirring often.

    Remove from heat; add Jell-o and stir well.

    Pour in jars.

    Seal, cool and refrigerate or freeze or process in boiling bath water for 10 minutes.
