Raspberry Jello

  • 2 (6 ounce) packages raspberry Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 (16 ounce) sour cream
  • 4 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions

    Dissolve 1 box of Jello in 1 cup boiling water.

    Gently mix in 2 cups raspberries.

    Pour into a 9 x 13 inch, glass baking dish.

    Refrigerate and gel.

    Spread sour cream over gelled raspberry layer.

    Freeze for 15-20 minutes.

    Make a second raspberry layer the same as the first and spoon on top of sour cream layer.

    Refrigerate and gel.
