Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. raspberries, thawed and drained, reserve juice
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 1/2 c. raspberry juice and water
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin

Directions

    Bring juice mixture to a boil and add gelatin.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Add ice cream by spoonfuls to the hot gelatin.

    Stir until melted.

    Chill until almost thickened.

    Fold in drained berries.

    Chill until firm.
