  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
