Raspberry Lemonade

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 cups water

    In a bowl, combine raspberries with sugar, stir and let macerate for 5-10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, squeeze juice from enough lemons to make 1 cup (about 6 lemons).

    With a fork, crush the raspberries, add lemon juice and stir well.

    Pass the mixture through a strainer. Add the water and stir. Add more water and sugar to taste. Serve.
