  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 10 oz. jar raspberry jam
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cream together the butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and egg yolks. Add flour.

    Pat dough in greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes; let cool.

    Spread raspberry jam on crust after cooking.
