  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed and juice reserved
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add enough water to raspberry juice to make 1 3/4 cups liquid.

    Add to gelatin.

    Chill until partially thickened.

    Fold in sour cream and berries.

    Chill until firm.
