Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 2 1/2 c. quick oats
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
- 1 c. (12 oz. jar) raspberry preserves or jam
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Combine dry cake mix and oats in large bowl.

4Add melted butter and stir until crumbly.

5Measure 3 cups of mixture into pan.

6Press firmly to cover bottom of pan.

7Combine preserves and water, spread over mixture.

8Sprinkle with remaining crumbs, pat firmly to make top. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes or until top is golden.

9Cool completely on rack.

10Cut into bars.

11Store in airtight container.
