Raspberry Orange Bavarian

   DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.

   Add orange juice and rind.

   Pour jelly into glass, filling half way.

   Refrigerate until set.

   CHILL remaining jelly until partially set.

   Fold jelly mixture into prepared topping.

   Pour or pipe decoratively into parfait glasses.

   Chill 3 hours.

   GARNISH with orange sections if desired.
