- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 10 oz. raspberry preserves
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine flour, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla.

3Cut together.

4Stir in 1/2 cup pecans; set aside 3/4 cup mixture.

5Press remaining crumbs in 9-inch square baking pan. Spread preserves over crumb mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans and reserved mixture.

6Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until crumb is lightly brown and preserves are bubbly.

7Makes 3 dozen.
