Raspberry Pecan Dip

  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1 cup American Cheese, Grated (Velveeta)
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 cup Pecans, Chopped
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 jar Raspberry Preserves (small)

Directions

    Combine the cheeses, onion, pecans and garlic powder in a bowl.

    Add enough mayonnaise to make it stick together.

    Place a layer of plastic wrap in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.

    Press the dip mixture into the pie plate; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

    To serve, flip the dip out onto a serving platter and spread raspberry preserves on top.

    Serve with your favorite crackers.
