  • 8-inch pie shell
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. raspberries (fresh or frozen)

    Beat egg yolks until creamy. Add sugar, flour, melted butter and milk; blend thoroughly.

    Fold in raspberries.

    Pour raspberry filling into pie crust.

    Bake at 325° until filling is thick. Remove from oven.

    Let cool.

    Chill in refrigerator. Serve, topped with sweetened whipped cream.
