- 8-inch pie shell
- 3 egg yolks
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until creamy. Add sugar, flour, melted butter and milk; blend thoroughly.

2Fold in raspberries.

3Pour raspberry filling into pie crust.

4Bake at 325° until filling is thick. Remove from oven.

5Let cool.

6Chill in refrigerator. Serve, topped with sweetened whipped cream.
