- 3 Tablespoons ClearJel Or Cornstarch
- Prepared Pie Crust

2Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into prepared pie crust and top with crust or cut lattice top.

3Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes.
