  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons ClearJel Or Cornstarch
  • Prepared Pie Crust

Directions

    Combine in saucepan.

    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into prepared pie crust and top with crust or cut lattice top.

    Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes.
