Ingredients: 3 (3-ounce) packages raspberry-flavored gelatin; 3 3/4 cups boiling water; 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained; 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen raspberries, thawed and drained; 3 bananas, diced; 1 cup chopped pecans; Lettuce leaves (optional); Mayonnaise (optional)

3 3/4 cups boiling water
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
3 bananas, diced
1 cup chopped pecans
Lettuce leaves (optional)
Mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple to gelatin mixture, stirring well. Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg white.

Combine next 3 ingredients; fold into gelatin. Pour into a lightly oiled 9-cup ring mold; chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves, and garnish with a dollop of mayonnaise, if desired.
