Raspberry Poke Cake

- 1 pkg. (2 layers) white cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry flavor gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in 13 x 9-inch sheet cake pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

2(Spray pan with Pam before baking.)

3Cool in pan 15 minutes.

4Then poke cake with fork at 1/2-inch intervals.

5Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water, and spoon over cake in pan.

6Chill 3 to 4 hours. (Best when sets overnight.)

7Top with Cool Whip when serving.
