Raspberry Salad

  • 2 small pkg. frozen red raspberries (and juice)
  • 3 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry jello
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped nuts or pecans
  • 3 bananas, diced

Directions

    Thaw raspberries.

    Pour boiling water over jello.
  3. 3
    Stir to dissolve completely.
  4. 4
    Stir in crushed pineapple and juice. Refrigerate until starting to set around the edges.

    Fold in nuts, bananas and thawed raspberries and juice.

    Put in mold. Refrigerate to congeal.
