- 2 c. fresh raspberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Stem and rinse berries.

2Puree in a blender or food processor. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.

3Stir in the 1/2 cup water until mixture is smooth.

4Stir in the pureed berries.

5Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

6Boil for 1 minute.

7Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.

8This makes about 2 cups of sauce and is good over pancakes, waffles and French toast, as well as for ice cream and cake.
