- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. raspberry jam
- 3/4 c. 10x sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Mix egg, milk, butter and sugar.

2Add biscuit mix.

3Stir to blend.

4Knead 15 times on surface dusted with more biscuit mix. Roll dough out to 15 x 9-inch and spread with jam.

5Fold in thirds and cut into 15 pieces.

6Twist and press down on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 450°.

7While warm, spread mixture of remaining ingredients on twists.
