  • 4 lbs raspberries
  • 2 cups cider vinegar
  • sugar

Directions

    Mash the berries, add the vinegar and let stand for 4 days, (I let it sit in a shady spot on my counter).

    To each cup of liquid, add 1 cup sugar.

    Bring to boiling and cook for 20 minutes.

    Strain and bottle.
