  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Directions

    Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Add frozen raspberries; stir until gelatin starts to thicken.

    Add 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture to whipped topping; stir gently with wire whisk until well blended.

    Spoon evenly into 4 dessert bowls; top with the remaining gelatin.

    Refrigerate 15 min.
