  • Sliced tomato (1 can)
  • Red pepper (1)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt (2 pinches)
  • pepper (2 pinches)

Directions

    Put 2 millimeters of olive oil at the bottom of a sauce pan

    Cook at low intensity for 1 hour in the following order: Salt, pepper and Provence herbs // Onion and red pepper (hard) // Zucchini and eggplant (medium) // Sliced tomato (soft)

    Cooking adjustments: If too watery: use higher intensity and/or remove cover // if too thick/burning: use lower intensity and/or use cover
