  • 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl.

    Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

    Stir in coconut and nuts.

    Pour into greased, floured 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Cool 15 minutes.

    Remove from pan.

    Cool on rack.
