- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 doz. cheese ravioli, cooked to desired tenderness
- 4 oz. dry white wine
- 4 oz. chicken stock
- black pepper and Romano cheese to taste
- 2 oz. blended oil
Directions

1Saute minced garlic in a skillet with 2 ounces oil and add Broccoli Rabe for 1 minute.

2Deglaze pan with white wine; simmer for 4 minutes.

3Add chicken stock, salt and pepper.

4Add cooked ravioli and simmer another 4 minutes.

5Add Romano cheese to taste.
