  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped fine
  • 3 c. apples, chopped
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Mix oil, eggs and sugar until creamy.

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Bake in well-greased and floured pan at 350° for 1 hour.

    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
