  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. raw apples, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.

    Blend thoroughly.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or bake as muffins for about 20 minutes.
