  • 4 c. peeled and sliced tart apples
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Mix sugar and apples in a large mixing bowl.

    Set aside for a few minutes.

    Mix dry ingredients with apples.

    Add eggs, oil and vanilla.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 50 minutes in 300° oven.
