- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

2Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.

3Beat well; add carrots, nuts and pineapple.

4Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan about 45 minutes to 1 hour in 300° oven.
