  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.

    Beat well; add carrots, nuts and pineapple.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan about 45 minutes to 1 hour in 300° oven.
